Miha comes from the world of Culture, Art and Music. As a professional Violin Player he really masters his Art. Early on in his career he had to immerse himself in the work and pressure of high quality performance. He questioned the stuff true engagement is made of and how he could connect with his audience in a more profound way. More importantly, the very fact that Art was often seen as pure entertainment to be consumed only in specific setups challenged him deeply.
Now Miha is working with Business people and Politicians. On a daily basis, he encounters similar types of struggles and challenges. Miha demonstrates the powerful tool of transfer from classical masterpiece to leadership development.
What Miha now calls « productive detours » in his path was a way of applying his unique creativity in completely new fields and testing new solutions. Business and Politics may seem far fetched from Art yet Miha skillfully put together a unique method to address common dilemmas regarding performance, motivation and inspiration.
All this lead him to the realization that the transformative power of the Arts was somehow lost in translation. That Culture was not handled properly in the way society works. And most importantly, that he was in a position where he could do something about it. Miha decided to put his artistic competence and gifts at the service of something bigger than « consuming ». What seems idealistic utopia turns into a tool for strategy and solutions to address critical Business issues as well as structural and systemic problems in society.
When it comes to his cultural and artistic background Miha is a new breed of Artistic Entrepreneur. He is paving new pathways for Artists that are ready to play new roles in society beyond the cultural sphere. The process he has created and his teachings, known as the Miha Method, are a real gift for all Leaders that take the path of addressing systemically real world problems.
